  Applications - Used in
semiconductor manufacturing, thick and thin film manufacturing,
plating, compact disc manufacturing, glass cleaning, and wherever
chemical etching and cleaning processes are required.Construction Our WPS are fabricated from white stress-relieved polypropylene and have all welded seams. All welds are electronically tested for leaks insuring high quality in workmanship and reliability. (Descons WPS are still in use in industry after 20 years of service). Flame retardant polypropylene is available. Modular Design Each WPS features removable work surface modules and is designed for easy retrofit. As your process changes there is no need for a new WPS because we can change the work deck layout by installing new work surface modules at low cost. Descon offers full retrofit service for our wet process stations as well as those of most other manufacturers'. Fume Exhaust - Our WPS have rear adjustable exhaust louvers which insure high flexibility - directing exhaust where you want it most. Lower Storage - The WPS can be built with a lower exhausted cabinet section or you can use a rollout cart design for bottles and accessories. Laminar Flow - Our WPS can be used with a vertical laminar flow hood which provides class 100 air flow over the entire work surface. A HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filter rated @ 99.99% effective on all particles 0.3 micron and larger meets & exceeds class 100 requirements. |
